Career & Employment Hub
Shu-Te University has established the "Career Support Hub for International Students in Taiwan" in response to Ministry of Education policies and the growing demand for talent amid declining birth rates. Rooted in the philosophy of "Local Integration, Global Connection," the Hub is dedicated to helping international students adapt to their living and learning environments while successfully launching their careers in Taiwan.
The Hub collaborates closely with industry partners to provide comprehensive services, including job fairs, corporate visits, internship matching, and Mandarin courses. This allows international students to gain practical experience and enhance their professional skills before graduation, while injecting new momentum into Taiwan's industries.

Service Mission
The center offers diverse and comprehensive services to help international students smoothly adapt to the learning and living environment in Taiwan and actively plan their career development. Core services include career counseling, Mandarin training, internship and job matching, as well as industry-academia collaboration and cultural exchange, helping students accumulate practical experience during their studies, smoothly transition to the future workplace, and make the most of their talents in Taiwan.
Career Guidance and Diverse Services
Providing career exploration, counseling, and employment guidance to help students plan their career paths early, increasing their willingness to stay and develop in Taiwan after graduation.
Industry-Academia Collaboration and Corporate Matchmaking
Inviting enterprises to participate in curriculum planning, facilitating industry-academia alignment, and strengthening the link between education and industry to meet corporate demands for international talent.
Immediate Support Upon Enrollment
Providing career exploration, counseling, and guidance for staying in Taiwan right from the enrollment stage, helping students quickly adapt to their learning and living environments.
Academic and Career Tracking
Implementing tracking for further studies and employment in Taiwan to monitor students' post-graduation development, ensuring they find their areas of interest and fully utilize their professional talents.

Through comprehensive support and resource integration, students can accumulate practical experience, adapt seamlessly to local life, and expand their career horizons before graduation—injecting new vitality and innovative momentum into Taiwan's industries. Moving forward, we will continue to actively partner with industry leaders to expand employment resources both on and off-campus. Through our dedicated new career support office, we aim to assist more international students in thriving and finding their place in Taiwan, matching them with more growth opportunities to realize the ultimate goal: "Study in Taiwan, Stay in Taiwan."
